Boeing Global Services and Lufthansa Technik have renewed their Tailored Parts Package agreement for a further three years. Announced at MRO Europe, the extension covers more than 6,500 Boeing part numbers across the manufacturer’s commercial aircraft platforms. Under the arrangement, Lufthansa Technik commits to buying an agreed group of parts during the contract term, while Boeing manages supply-chain execution for those items.
The programme is intended to improve parts availability for Lufthansa Technik and the airlines it supports, while simplifying procurement and inventory management and making costs more predictable. The renewal continues the existing collaboration; no new services or specific delivery targets were detailed.
The companies did not disclose the renewed agreement’s start or end dates, financial terms or further implementation details.
