American Express is opening The Centurion Lounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol on 17 September, bringing the Centurion brand to continental Europe for the first time. The lounge sits between Concourses E and F and is the 33rd in the network, with daily opening hours of 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. for eligible cardmembers travelling through one of Europe’s busiest hubs.
The lounge forms part of American Express’s Global Lounge Collection and extends a premium airport offering that already includes a Centurion Lounge at London Heathrow. The Schiphol location draws on Dutch art, landscapes, culture and design, with facilities including a Blue Roast Coffee Bar, full bar, buffet, quiet workspaces, private restrooms, a phone room and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Power and USB access are also available throughout the lounge.
For American Express, the opening expands its airport presence in Europe and adds another branded lounge product in a market where premium travellers increasingly expect differentiated terminal facilities. Schiphol’s scale and international route network give the new lounge immediate relevance for business and leisure passengers passing through Amsterdam.
