Lockheed Martin has appointed Ali Ruwaih as vice president and general manager of its Training, Logistics and Simulation business, a Rotary and Mission Systems unit based in Orlando, Florida. He succeeds Jonathon Wells and will also oversee the company’s Innovation Circle facility in Orlando.
Ruwaih moves into the role from Sikorsky, where he led execution and strategic growth for maritime systems. He has more than 20 years of experience at Lockheed Martin across aviation, maritime systems, radar, sustainment and international programmes. The TLS organisation supports training, logistics, sustainment and operational readiness across the defence group’s portfolio, making the leadership change significant for a core support function inside the business.
