Life Flight Network has ordered five Airbus H135 helicopters from Airbus to support critical emergency medical transport missions across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana. The twin-engine aircraft will expand the operator’s capacity to move critically ill and injured patients across the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West, with modern flight decks and dedicated clinical space for medical crews.
The order follows Life Flight Network’s purchase of three new H135s in 2025, bringing its total H135 orders to eight. The additional aircraft will serve communities within the operator’s existing network and increase its air-medical deployment capacity across the four states.
Airbus has not disclosed delivery dates, individual base assignments, configuration details or the value of the order. More than 1,500 H135-family helicopters are in service worldwide, with the fleet having accumulated more than 8 million flight hours in medical, law-enforcement and utility operations.
