Embraer has delivered the first Praetor 600E to Flexjet at its Melbourne, Florida facility, making the operator the launch customer for the upgraded super-midsize jet. The handover begins customer deliveries of the type and forms part of Flexjet’s 2025 agreement with Embraer covering 182 firm aircraft and 30 options, alongside an expanded services package.
Flexjet expects to take 12 Praetor 600Es by the end of 2026. The aircraft introduces Embraer’s Smart Window, a 42-inch 4K OLED touchscreen that can display external camera views, video content and support videoconferencing and streaming. Cabin changes also include redesigned seating and an updated cabin-management system.
The Praetor 600E received certification from Brazil’s ANAC, the US FAA and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency in April 2026. The first delivery gives Flexjet the opening aircraft from its broader Embraer fleet renewal and growth order, which spans multiple aircraft types and support services.
