Condor adds Athens and Florence as Frankfurt city network grows

Condor will add Athens and Florence to its Frankfurt city network next summer, expanding its European metropolitan portfolio to 16 destinations. The routes begin in spring 2027, with Athens scheduled for 28 April as a daily summer-season service and Florence due to start on 6 May with two daily summer-season flights.

The expansion strengthens Frankfurt’s role as Condor’s short-haul gateway into its wider long-haul network. Stockholm is also part of the same rollout, giving the carrier a broader European feeder base for connections over its Frankfurt hub. The airline has been building out its city network alongside its leisure schedule, positioning Frankfurt as a more prominent connector between European business and leisure traffic and its intercontinental services. The new services add capacity to Greece and Italy while extending Condor’s reach in key metropolitan markets.
