Joramco opens new customer centre to deepen airline ties

Joramco has opened a new customer centre at its maintenance base in Amman, giving airline and operator partners direct access to the hangar environment as the aircraft MRO provider looks to tighten day-to-day coordination. The 1,850-square-metre facility, opened on 15 September, spans two floors and includes 35 customer representative offices for up to 108 representatives, alongside meeting rooms, lounges and collaboration areas.

The centre is designed as a dedicated customer-facing space to improve communication, collaboration and the overall service experience. By placing customer teams closer to operations, Joramco aims to streamline response times and strengthen working relationships across its maintenance programme. Jeff Wilkinson, chief executive of DAE Engineering, linked the new space to a partnership-led approach focused on faster and clearer responses to customer needs. Joramco operates as the Amman-based aircraft MRO arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise.
