Luxaviation appoints Sabine von der Linden as chief aviation officer

Luxaviation Group has appointed Sabine von der Linden as chief aviation officer, placing her in charge of the Luxembourg-based operator’s aviation activities. She took up the role on 11 September, with the change disclosed this week, and succeeds Robert Fisch, who moved into the newly defined President Aviation Services position earlier this year.

Von der Linden now oversees the group’s aviation operations across one of the world’s largest business aircraft operators. Fisch had served as chief aviation officer for almost ten years before shifting into the senior leadership role that now sits above the aviation services business.

The appointment adds a new layer to Luxaviation’s management structure as the group continues to organise its aviation and services activities under separate executive responsibilities. No further biographical details on von der Linden were provided in the announcement.
