NBAA is adding four new Professional Development Program courses to NBAA-BACE 2026, extending the convention’s training offer with sessions focused on leadership, security and safety culture. The courses will run around the convention in Las Vegas, with registration for the workshops including access to NBAA-BACE.
The line-up includes the first operator-led version of Maintaining In-House Flight Department Excellence and Control, scheduled for 23-24 October for flight department personnel. Two-day sessions on 18-19 October cover leadership and management, while one-day courses on 19 October address aviation security and human factors.
The courses are designed for business aviation professionals seeking practical tools in areas such as budgeting, vendor selection, regulatory compliance, personal and operational security, and early risk identification. NBAA Director of Educational Development and Engagement Molly Hitch highlighted the aim of helping attendees sharpen leadership skills and strengthen safety culture across their organisations. The instructors include Shari Frisinger, Walter Kraujalis, Kristopher Cannon and Mark Bingamon.
