Condor launches interline partnership with American Airlines

Condor has launched a new interline partnership with American Airlines, widening its North American feed and giving passengers access to more U.S. and Canadian connections via Boston, New York JFK, Chicago and Los Angeles. American Airlines customers can connect through Frankfurt and Munich into Condor’s European and wider international network. The agreement covers single-ticket bookings, through-checked baggage and check-in for the full itinerary.

The deal is an interline arrangement rather than a codeshare, so it focuses on smoother connections rather than deeper commercial integration or shared flight numbers. Condor plans to make combined itineraries available soon through its website, travel agencies and other sales channels, although no firm sales date has been given.

For Condor, the partnership strengthens transatlantic feed into its long-haul operation from Germany, while American gains another channel into Condor’s leisure and point-to-point network. The arrangement links Condor’s established gateways with American’s domestic and Canadian reach, improving connection options without changing aircraft operations.
