Priority Pass to accelerate travel innovation with £500 million Collinson programme

Priority Pass will accelerate technology and network investment under Collinson Group’s £500 million, five-year growth programme, backed by a new £350 million financing facility. The expansion plan centres on the proprietary lounge network, upgraded Priority Pass systems and faster development of digital, AI and data capabilities across the global airport experiences business.

A new enterprise technology platform is already being introduced alongside the global rollout of the Priority Pass+ app. Future features will focus on journey planning, membership management and personalised lounge recommendations, using AI and geo-location where enabled. Collinson is also broadening Priority Pass’s Fast Track offer, which is currently available at 28 airports and is expected to grow over the next 12 months to more than 170 bookable lanes across more than 150 terminals and more than 130 airports.

Priority Pass now has more than 1,900 airport lounges and travel experiences worldwide, giving the investment direct relevance to a large membership base and to airline and card partners that bundle access into premium travel products. The wider Collinson strategy also includes lounge growth through Airport Dimensions, new products, entry into new markets and investment in people.
