LATAM Airlines Perú will start a direct Cusco–São Paulo/Guarulhos service on 29 March 2027, opening the first non-stop air link between the Peruvian tourism hub and Brazil. The route will operate four times a week in each direction with Airbus A320 aircraft and Economy plus Premium Economy cabins.
Flights from Cusco will depart on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 23:30, while services from São Paulo will leave on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 07:40. The new schedule removes the current need for travellers to connect via Lima, a step that should simplify journeys for Brazilian visitors heading to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley.
The route forms part of LATAM’s broader network build-out in Peru and targets one of the country’s most important inbound tourism markets. Cusco remains a key gateway for international visitors, and the new non-stop service is designed to strengthen access from Brazil while giving LATAM a direct link between two major regional markets.
