Air Cairo will begin flights from Cairo to Brussels on 18 December 2026 using Airbus A320 aircraft, before extending part of the service to Luxor two days later. The schedule calls for two weekly Cairo-Brussels rotations and one weekly Cairo-Brussels-Luxor rotation, creating a new Egypt-Belgium link and a new onward option between Brussels and Luxor.
The Brussels service is set to operate with departures from Cairo on 18 December and a same-day return from Brussels, followed by Sunday flights from 20 December that continue to Luxor. The route adds another carrier to the established Cairo-Brussels market, where Egyptair already operates, while Luxor brings a less direct competitive element to the Belgium offering. Air Cairo, which is linked to Egyptair, has been expanding its Egypt-Europe network through targeted leisure and point-to-point routes.
