Turkish Airlines to replace Standard Chartered as Liverpool front-of-shirt sponsor from 2027

Liverpool FC has chosen Turkish Airlines as its new main club partner and front-of-shirt sponsor from 1 June 2027. The branding will appear on the men’s, women’s and academy shirts for the 2027-28 season, ending Standard Chartered’s 17-year run as the club’s principal shirt sponsor.

The agreement is widely reported to run for five years and to be worth more than £300 million, or about £60 million a year, which would place it among the most valuable shirt sponsorships in Premier League history. Liverpool has not disclosed full financial terms. Standard Chartered will stay involved with the club as a global partner after the switch, keeping the long-standing relationship in place beyond the shirt-front handover.

The deal gives Turkish Airlines a major new international sports platform at one of football’s best-known clubs. For Liverpool, it secures a significant commercial uplift ahead of the 2027-28 season while extending sponsor exposure across the club’s senior and academy sides.
