Priester Aviation retires George J. Priester name in group-wide rebrand

Priester Aviation is retiring the George J. Priester Aviation name and consolidating several operating brands under the Priester Aviation banner. The change brings Mayo Aviation, Hill Private Aviation and Omni Private Aviation into one identity, while Elite Jets and MaxAir keep their own names as co-brands in a wider multi-base charter and aircraft-management platform.

The move reflects the group’s “One Priester” strategy, which has already been used to align services, safety systems, team operations and infrastructure across its business. Priester bases in Chicago, Denver, Atlanta and Tulsa are part of the transition, which will roll out over the coming months rather than in one single step. Brent Moldowan framed the rebrand as a way to present a unified customer experience across the company’s service tiers, from charter and jet card activity through whole-aircraft and fleet management.

Elite Jets and MaxAir will continue under their own names with the designation “a Priester Company”. The brand architecture keeps the newest acquisitions visible while placing the rest of the network under one operating name, signalling a more integrated charter and aircraft-management structure across the group.
