KLM schedules A350-900 flights on four winter routes

KLM plans to deploy its Airbus A350-900 fleet on four Amsterdam routes during the 2026/27 winter timetable, introducing the aircraft on services to Toronto, Montreal, the Kilimanjaro–Dar es Salaam triangle and Nairobi. The first scheduled passenger operation is planned for 30 October 2026 to Toronto, initially five times weekly, with daily A350 service due to begin on 3 March 2027.

A350 flights between Amsterdam and Montreal are scheduled three times weekly from 14 December 2026 to 1 January 2027, and again from 1 to 26 March 2027. Operations on the Amsterdam–Kilimanjaro–Dar es Salaam–Amsterdam triangular route are planned to start on 15 December, with frequencies varying between one and three flights per week. Nairobi is due to receive three weekly A350 services from 5 January 2027.

The deployment follows KLM’s delivery of its first A350-900 on 2 October. The aircraft is one of 22 A350-900s allocated to the airline and will initially replace older wide-body aircraft as part of its intercontinental fleet renewal. KLM also plans to introduce an A350 freighter, although delivery has been delayed until the end of 2027, with the first aircraft still expected in 2028. The published operating dates and frequencies remain subject to schedule changes.
