Flexjet opens private terminal at Farnborough Airport

Flexjet has opened a dedicated private terminal at Farnborough Airport in southern England, giving its customers a branded facility with hospitality areas, offices and private meeting space. The opening took place on Thursday, alongside the launch of an expanded training centre for cabin crew, at a site positioned as the U.K.’s largest business aviation airport.

The terminal cost about $34 million and covers 2,098 square metres. Its design includes a lounge inspired by a Gulfstream G700 fuselage, a bar and security handled by the airport, while Flexjet has also developed the building as part of a wider investment programme at Farnborough that includes a recent maintenance hangar. The project follows ground-breaking in September 2024 and strengthens the company’s premium ground offering for private aviation clients using the London area hub.
