Austrian Airlines will move its headquarters to Office Park 4 Next at Vienna Airport in 2028, consolidating three separate sites into one nine-level building. The airline will occupy about 12,000 square metres in the development, where around 4,700 employees are expected to work alongside crew facilities, meeting areas and a training centre.
The carrier will be the first major tenant in the office project, which will provide about 17,000 square metres of office and conference space. The new headquarters places Austrian Airlines directly on the airport campus and brings more of its operational and administrative functions under one roof.
The relocation fits Vienna Airport’s wider office expansion and strengthens the airport’s role as a business hub for the airline. The move also gives the flag carrier a modern base designed to bring work areas, crew rooms and training functions closer together at one location.
