Air Cairo will add Luxor to its Cologne/Bonn schedule on 17 October, opening a new weekly Saturday nonstop link between Germany and Upper Egypt. The route gives the airline a fourth direct destination in Egypt from Cologne/Bonn, alongside Cairo, Hurghada and Marsa Alam, and strengthens its leisure-focused network from the German airport.
The new service connects Cologne/Bonn with one of Egypt’s main cultural gateways, supporting travel for Nile cruises and multi-centre holidays that combine Luxor with Red Sea stays. Cologne Bonn Airport described Air Cairo’s Cologne/Bonn operation as the carrier’s most extensive in Germany. Bookings will be available through Air Cairo’s website, travel agencies and tour operators.
