Aeroméxico to launch Mexico City routes to Nassau and Montego Bay in March 2027

Aeroméxico will add two nonstop routes from Mexico City to Nassau, The Bahamas, and Montego Bay, Jamaica, from March 2027, expanding its Caribbean network ahead of the Easter travel period. Both services will operate three times weekly and are scheduled to be flown with Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.

The Montego Bay route is due to begin on 18 March, followed by Nassau on 19 March. Aeroméxico will be the first carrier to offer direct scheduled flights from Mexico to both destinations, strengthening its long-haul leisure portfolio alongside existing services to Punta Cana, Santo Domingo and Havana.

The new routes are subject to government approval. Aeroméxico expects the additions to lift its Caribbean capacity to more than 4,000 weekly seats during the Easter 2027 period, across 27 weekly frequencies, with onward connections available to more than 40 domestic destinations via Mexico City.
