Heston Materials has secured an initial US$20 million revolving financing facility from London-based Volofin Capital Management to fund aviation-asset acquisitions and support expansion. The Lithuanian supplier of aircraft components and maintenance materials plans to use the additional capital to broaden its product and service offering while increasing its ability to respond to changing market demand. No specific aircraft, assets or acquisition targets were disclosed.
The facility brings fresh funding to Heston Materials’ aviation-components and maintenance-materials activities. Volofin is a specialist finance and alternative-asset-management firm focused on aviation and other asset-backed opportunities.
Heston Materials director Kęstutis Volungevičius described the financing as support for the company’s strategic plans, including portfolio expansion and a more flexible response to market requirements. The available information does not specify the facility’s maturity, pricing, security arrangements, drawdown conditions or the amount already utilised.
The transaction also does not identify a new operating location or a defined geographic expansion programme. Its immediate application is limited to financing aviation-asset acquisitions and providing additional capital for Heston Materials’ broader business development.
