Singapore Airlines has made its personal concierge service for Suites and First Class passengers a permanent feature at Singapore Changi Airport following a trial lasting several weeks. The service provides end-to-end assistance for eligible customers departing from, transiting through or arriving at Changi, including travellers connecting from another airline to a qualifying Singapore Airlines flight.
The service operates across Terminals 2 and 3, with the principal First Class facilities in Terminal 3. For departures, porters assist with baggage at the kerbside before passengers proceed to the First Class check-in reception, where they receive a chilled towel. A concierge then escorts them through immigration to the SilverKris First Class Lounge or The Private Room.
During the lounge visit, the concierge can monitor the flight, handle requests and assist with rebooking during operational disruptions. Passengers may receive a complimentary buggy transfer to the gate, subject to availability, and receive dedicated assistance through gate security before being escorted to the aircraft door. They may also choose whether to board early or remain in the lounge longer.
Passengers using gates A1 to A5 in Terminal 3 can access a premium security lane between 08:30 and 12:30 and between 21:00 and 01:00. Dedicated assistance is provided at other gates. From 28 October, the First Class SilverKris Lounge is scheduled to add full-service dining with menus and table ordering alongside its existing buffet.
