JetBlue has launched daily nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, serving Cali, Colombia. The route began on 15 October and is operated with Airbus A320 aircraft, giving southwestern Colombia a direct link to South Florida and access to JetBlue’s wider Fort Lauderdale network.
Flight B6 1535 departs Fort Lauderdale at 10:05 local time and arrives in Cali at 12:52. The return service, B6 1540, leaves Cali at 14:10 and reaches Fort Lauderdale at 19:00. Schedules are subject to change.
Cali is JetBlue’s fourth Colombian destination, joining Cartagena, Medellín and Barranquilla. The launch follows the introduction of Fort Lauderdale–Barranquilla flights earlier in October, extending the airline’s expansion in Colombia.
JetBlue had outlined plans to serve Cali in 2025 before establishing the October 2026 launch date. The airline has not disclosed capacity, load factors, profitability expectations or an end date for the service.
