Veryon has launched Veryon for Business Aviation, an integrated maintenance-information platform for charter operators, aircraft-management companies, MRO providers and business-aviation flight departments. The system combines maintenance tracking, MRO management, defect analysis, inventory functions, fleet reliability and OEM-authorised technical publications, with the aim of helping operators identify problems earlier and manage repairs within a single workflow.
The platform incorporates Veryon AIRE, an aviation-focused AI and data-intelligence engine with text and voice interfaces. Maintenance professionals can query fleet-wide fault history, matching aircraft tails, associated parts and previous remedies, then open a work order without leaving the maintenance record. Technical publications, discrepancies, parts, compliance records and repair activity remain connected to reduce duplicate data entry.
Veryon Intelligence can also show how the same issue was resolved on the same aircraft make and model, using de-identified data on aircraft tails and component parts worldwide. Certified maintenance professionals retain responsibility for decisions and sign-off.
Veryon reports that its services are used by nearly 6,000 customers and 75,000 maintenance professionals across almost 150 countries, with data covering more than 100 million curated, de-identified maintenance events. The company cites potential reductions of up to 75% in troubleshooting time for new technicians and up to 23% in downtime costs, although those results have not been independently verified. Veryon plans to showcase the platform at NBAA-BACE 2026 in Las Vegas from 20 to 22 October at booth 645.
