Emirates has opened a dedicated travel store in Tokyo’s Otemachi district and plans to increase Narita services from 26 October, lifting its Japan schedule to 28 passenger flights per week. The added service will use a Boeing 777-300ER, providing more than 300 additional seats in each direction and 20 tonnes of extra cargo capacity per day.
The Emirates Travel Store Tokyo is on the first floor of Otemachi One at 1-2-1 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku. It operates from 11:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, and closes on weekends and public holidays.
Multilingual travel consultants will assist Japanese and international customers with bookings, travel information and tailored itineraries. The outlet includes self-service terminals, a queue-management system, a selfie mirror with Emirates destinations and a Boeing 777 business-class seat on display.
The Tokyo outlet is Emirates’ second dedicated travel store in Japan, following the opening of its Osaka store in July 2025. The airline currently serves Narita, Haneda and Kansai from Dubai. The planned Narita increase is intended to respond to demand for travel to Japan while giving customers departing the country more scheduling options.
