British Airways will expand its St. Louis–London Heathrow service for summer 2027, lifting the route to daily flying for two peak periods and operating five times a week at the start and end of the season. The service will use Boeing 787 aircraft, with more than 35,400 additional seats versus summer 2026.
The schedule begins with five weekly flights from 28 March 2027. Frequency then rises to daily between 19 April and 28 June, before easing back to five weekly rotations over the midsummer period. Daily service returns from 6 September until 30 October. The route remains seasonal, but the added capacity points to stronger demand on one of the carrier’s newer transatlantic links.
The St. Louis market has become a clearer part of British Airways’ North America network since the route launched in April 2026. The 2027 timetable gives the airline a denser pattern around the spring and autumn travel peaks, while preserving a lower-frequency schedule outside the busiest weeks.
