ST Engineering’s Commercial Aerospace business and Collins Aerospace have signed three multi-year agreements to expand component support for airline operators, extending repair, spare-parts and lifecycle support across Boeing 787, Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 fleets. The arrangements add new repair work for Collins fan assembly electronics boards on the 787, while also broadening existing procurement and repair coverage for narrowbody aircraft.
The collaboration combines OEM and MRO capabilities to reduce line-replaceable unit turnaround times and improve dispatch reliability for airlines. ST Engineering will handle repair services for the 787 component work, while a separate multi-platform agreement expands its purchase of new Power & Controls spare parts for component MRO operations. The wider scope also extends LRU repair coverage through Collins’ FlightSense aftermarket support programme for A320 and 737 family aircraft.
