Riyadh Air has opened bookings for a new Riyadh–Milan Malpensa route, with four weekly flights due to begin on 16 December 2026 using Boeing 787-9 aircraft. The Saudi startup carrier is selling the service for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, making Milan its next European destination after London, Manchester and Madrid.
The addition extends the carrier’s planned long-haul network into Italy and gives it a second market in continental Europe alongside Spain. Flight numbers RX 519 and RX 520 are listed for the service, with the outbound scheduled to leave Riyadh at 02:45 and arrive in Milan at 07:05, while the return departs Milan at 09:55 and reaches Riyadh at 17:15.
Milan Malpensa becomes one of the first high-profile European points in Riyadh Air’s international expansion as the airline continues to build out its commercial schedule ahead of wider network growth. Bookings are already available, giving the route an immediate sales start well ahead of launch.
