ONEflight Pauses Flight Activity for 30 Days Amid Financial Strain

ONEflight International has paused all flight activity for the next 30 days, or until further notice, while it carries out a comprehensive review of its operations and status. The Denver-based charter broker and indirect air carrier, which sells private flights and jet-card lift, has halted service immediately for existing customers as concerns grow over financial pressure and payment delays.

The notice appeared on the company’s website and was confirmed on 16 September. Industry coverage has linked the move to broader strain across the business, with reports pointing to late payments to operators and potential exposure tied to more than $150 million in prepaid customer flying. ONEflight has not set out a restart date beyond the 30-day period.

The pause leaves jet-card and charter customers facing uncertainty over future lift and settlements with operators. Ferren Rajput, the company’s chief executive, has been referenced in secondary coverage, but the company has not publicly detailed the full scope of its financial position.
