Edelweiss opens bookings for new Airbus A350 cabin ahead of June 2027 launch

Edelweiss has opened bookings for flights featuring its new Airbus A350 cabin, with the first services scheduled to begin in early June 2027. The initial long-haul routes will include Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar, Windhoek and Halifax, while all six of the airline’s A350s are due to carry the refreshed cabin layout by early October 2027.

The rollout includes a new Premium Economy product and free high-speed internet through Lufthansa Group Wi-Fi powered by Starlink. Travellers can book the new cabin immediately through flyedelweiss.com and other standard sales channels, giving customers a clear window for the airline’s updated long-haul offering.

The cabin programme forms part of Edelweiss’s broader A350 product refresh and will be introduced progressively across the fleet. The airline has not released full seat specifications beyond the features highlighted in the launch material, leaving the booking announcement as the main commercial update for passengers planning future travel on the type.
