The system is designed to help aviation employers identify the main friction points affecting applications, including pay, scheduling and relocation, while giving them a faster view of candidate sentiment.
The tool focuses on processing responses rather than simply collecting them, making high-volume applicant feedback easier to triage in the business aviation market. Reporting on the product highlighted response rates of about 1.22 per minute in the first hour of a recent posting, underscoring the pace at which hiring teams can be flooded with comments that need sorting.
Co-Pilot sits within CrewBlast OS and targets staffing and recruiting pain points across aviation labour markets. By turning free-text or structured applicant responses into usable insight, it aims to support operators facing persistent pressure to fill roles where compensation and lifestyle trade-offs can influence hiring outcomes.
