LATAM Airlines Group has secured about US$505 million in long-term financing to support fleet renewal and expansion, covering deliveries due in the second half of 2026. The package includes one Airbus A320neo, four Airbus A321neo aircraft and six Embraer E195-E2 jets, with about US$400 million structured as a sustainability-linked loan, the airline’s largest of its kind to date.
BNP Paribas led the financing structure. LATAM is using the arrangement to diversify funding sources while linking part of the pricing to emissions-performance targets, with the Embraer component representing the first transaction of this type for its Embraer fleet. The carrier had already taken delivery of 13 next-generation aircraft in the first half of 2026 and expects 28 more before year-end, which would lift total additions this year to more than 40 aircraft.
