Cebu Pacific takes delivery of third A320neo for 2026, fleet hits 77% NEO

Cebu Pacific has taken delivery of an Airbus A320neo from Airbus’s Tianjin facility in China, bringing the low-cost carrier’s NEO aircraft share to 77% of its jet fleet. The aircraft, delivered to Manila on 11 September, is the third of four A320neo jets scheduled for the airline this year and forms part of its wider fleet modernisation programme.

The latest addition extends Cebu Pacific’s shift towards newer-generation, lower-fuel-burn aircraft across its narrowbody operation. The airline expects seven NEO aircraft deliveries in 2026 in total, indicating that the transition will continue through the remainder of the year.

The delivery also underlines the pace of fleet renewal among Southeast Asian low-cost carriers, where operators are balancing capacity growth with efficiency gains. No registration, financing details or route changes were disclosed with the aircraft handover.
