Aero Engine Leasing (AEL), a new aviation leasing platform, has launched to expand options in the global market for CFM engines. The company, founded by aviation aftermarket veterans, partners with Aero Engine Solutions to offer asset-backed leasing solutions for airlines and operators.
AEL targets the high-demand CFM engine segment initially. It has already deployed its first CFM engine and aims to have 30 engines on lease or under management by the end of 2026. According to the company, this positions AEL to meet evolving operator needs with responsive and scalable services.
Aero Engine Solutions, which specializes in engine leasing, trading, and repair management with an emphasis on CFM56 engines, supports the venture. The launch builds on established expertise in the aviation sector, where demand for flexible engine financing remains strong amid ongoing fleet modernization efforts.
