airBaltic has published its summer 2027 schedule, cutting several destinations across Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius while keeping Riga as the airline’s main hub. The revised programme, drawn up under the carrier’s updated business plan, will retain 57 direct destinations from Riga, 13 from Tallinn and eight from Vilnius, while frequencies rise on 12 popular Riga routes, including Paris, Rome, London and Barcelona.
The network reset points to a sharper focus on core markets and a leaner Baltic footprint for the peak season. Tallinn and Vilnius face the steepest reductions, with several routes removed from the summer programme as the airline concentrates capacity on routes with stronger demand. From Vilnius, airBaltic will continue to link the Lithuanian capital with eight destinations, including Riga, Amsterdam, Tallinn, Paris, Munich, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Lisbon.
The changes also reshape regional connectivity for leisure travel in 2027, particularly on routes that have traditionally carried strong summer demand. Riga remains the centre of the network, with increased frequencies intended to support business and leisure traffic on the carrier’s best-performing services.
