Skystar has launched a trip-coordination service for business aircraft operators across the United States, Canada and Mexico, covering catering, trip support and fuel coordination. The company operates around the clock and bills operators directly, listing its own fees separately from supplier charges. Its published schedule sets catering at 8%, subject to a $75 minimum; trip support at 6%; and fuel coordination at 10 cents per gallon, with a $75 minimum per uplift.
Trip support covers FBO services, including handling and hangar space, as well as crew-car arrangements, hotel bookings and customs coordination. Skystar works with local suppliers to arrange services for operators.
The fee structure distinguishes the coordinator’s charges from the prices charged by suppliers. Skystar’s published schedule sets out those charges, but the available information does not independently verify supplier pricing or whether operators’ total costs are lower than under other arrangements.
