NetJets plans 365,000-sq-ft expansion of Columbus headquarters

NetJets plans to add 365,000 square feet to its global headquarters campus in Columbus, Ohio, in a multiyear expansion expected to create about 800 local jobs. The project at 4111 Bridgeway Avenue includes two buildings, additional office space and an employee training centre, as well as a parking garage and larger dining and event facilities. Completion is targeted for early 2029, subject to legal and regulatory approvals.

NetJets currently employs about 2,400 people in Central Ohio. The company expects the expansion to bring its regional workforce to roughly 3,200 as it accommodates future growth and demand from aircraft owners. The project’s cost has not been disclosed.

The company cited support from the City of Columbus, the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, JobsOhio and the Federal Aviation Administration, among other organisations. Construction is expected to proceed over several years, with the schedule dependent on approvals.
