Signature Aviation has launched Signature Access, a pricing programme that consolidates core access-related charges at eligible fixed-base operator locations in the continental United States. The single charge is calculated using aircraft size, time on the ramp and terminal location, while qualifying fuel purchases waive the first hour’s access fee. The approach is intended to give business-aviation operators earlier visibility of facility costs.
Optional services, including hangar accommodation, ground-power-unit and lavatory services, remain separately priced. Customers can use a Signature Access estimator before a visit to calculate expected charges, including applicable fuel and other discounts. The programme is already live at selected Signature locations and will expand in phases over the coming months.
Signature developed the system with input from guests and operators seeking more predictable FBO costs. The company is also changing its special-event fee policy from 2027, limiting those charges to a small number of events expected to generate exceptional demand. Applicable locations and prices are to be disclosed at least 30 days in advance.
Planned events include Super Bowl LXI in Los Angeles, the 2027 College Football Playoff National Championship in Las Vegas, Art Basel Miami Beach, the U.S. Open Tennis Championships and United Nations General Assembly in New York, and selected Formula 1 weekends in Miami, Montréal, Austin and Las Vegas.
