World2Fly has signed a long-term Flight Hour Services contract with Airbus for maintenance and logistics support across its wide-body fleet, covering four A330s and three A350s. The agreement was announced in Madrid and includes component exchange, component repair, reliability services, engineering support and on-site spare parts stock at the airline’s main base at Madrid-Barajas.
Airbus positions the FHS model as a power-by-the-hour support package intended to lift fleet availability while helping airlines control maintenance costs. For World2Fly, the deal formalises Airbus as a maintenance-support partner across its entire current long-haul fleet, giving the Spanish leisure carrier a single arrangement for components and logistics on both aircraft types.
The contract places spare parts directly at Madrid-Barajas to support operational continuity for the airline’s long-haul network. A second report published the same day confirmed the fleet coverage, the scope of services and the Madrid base deployment.
