The U.S. government has converted a $4.7 billion initial PAC-3 MSE order into a seven-year multiyear procurement worth up to $58.62 billion, giving Lockheed Martin long-run visibility on interceptor output and factory loading. The undefinitized modification covers production through fiscal 2032 and is designed to lift PAC-3 MSE capacity, with final assembly concentrated in Camden, Arkansas. The award follows the Pentagon’s acquisition push to rebuild missile inventories and stabilise the supply chain, and it extends Lockheed’s multiyear model after the company’s THAAD contract.
