TrueNoord has completed the sale of an approximately 74% majority stake to Arcus Infrastructure Partners, while founding investor Freshstream retained the remaining shareholding by reinvesting in the company. The transaction gives the regional aircraft lessor long-term capital to support the next phase of its growth strategy, according to the company. The announcement was published on 30 July 2026.
TrueNoord said that its strategy includes expanding its portfolio of Embraer, ATR, Airbus and De Havilland aircraft. The planned portfolio growth points to continued fleet expansion and diversification across multiple aircraft families.
Arcus Infrastructure Partners is now the new long-term shareholder in TrueNoord, with Freshstream remaining involved as a minority investor. The deal marks an ownership change designed to support the lessor’s next stage of development with additional capital backing.
