SR Technics has appointed XiaoLei (Kevin) Guo as chief information officer, effective 1 August 2026, while he continues as deputy chief executive officer. The move gives Guo responsibility for the company’s IT organisation as SR Technics places greater emphasis on digitalisation, artificial intelligence and improved technology services to support operational performance and growth.
Guo joined SR Technics in 2025 and previously worked as vice president at HNA Aviation Technic, where he oversaw technical services, production planning, aircraft painting and IT. His expanded remit links senior executive oversight more closely with the maintenance, repair and overhaul provider’s technology agenda.
For an MRO business, combining the CIO role with deputy CEO duties points to a stronger focus on digital infrastructure across operations and internal processes. SR Technics did not disclose any wider restructuring alongside the appointment.
