The document was filed on March 28, 2025, with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under number D.25-0189. It complies with the European Single Electronic Format as required by EU regulation 2019/815.
The 2024 URD incorporates Safran’s annual financial report, corporate governance report, and sustainability statement, providing detailed insights into the company’s operations, financial performance, and strategic outlook. With over 110,000 employees worldwide and 2025 revenue of 31.3 billion euros, Safran maintains global or regional leadership positions in its core markets, either independently or through partnerships.
