Qantas Unveils Coral Sea Livery on New Airbus A321XLR

Qantas has unveiled a special “Coral Sea” livery on its newest Airbus A321XLR, marking the latest aircraft in the carrier’s fleet renewal program. The design was introduced in connection with Qantas’ partnership with the Great Barrier Reef Foundation.

The aircraft is the seventh of 48 next-generation A321XLRs on order and will be flown to Australia by Qantas. The A321XLR is the newest addition to the airline’s fleet and is designed to fly more than 3,000 kilometres farther than the Boeing 737 it replaces.

The announcement extends Qantas’ use of special liveries as part of its branding and partnership activity, while the airline continues to introduce the long-range narrowbody across its network.
