Laser Airlines will resume direct flights between Caracas and Aruba on 3 December 2026, restoring a route suspended for seven years. The Venezuelan carrier will link Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía with Queen Beatrix International Airport in Oranjestad twice weekly, on Thursdays and Sundays. Fares will start at approximately US$350 return, with departures from Caracas scheduled for 08:15 and the return service from Aruba at 10:15.
The service follows the phased reopening of the air link between Venezuela and Aruba, which began in August. Reservations are available through Laser Airlines’ website, WhatsApp channel and authorised travel agencies.
Economy passengers will receive an allowance of one checked bag weighing up to 32kg, while Business Class passengers will be permitted two bags of up to 23kg each. The resumed operation expands Laser’s international Caribbean network and restores a direct connection between Venezuela and Aruba.
Laser has not publicly confirmed the aircraft type for the route. The service should therefore not be identified as an MD-80 operation without separate verification.
