Embraer Marks 25 Years of Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering Program

Embraer is marking the 25th anniversary of its Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering program this March. The initiative, run in partnership with Brazil’s Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), has trained 1,800 specialists over the years and stands as one of the country’s longest-running corporate models for intellectual and technological development in the field.

The full-time program delivers more than 3,000 hours of theoretical and applied training per class, taught by ITA professors, Embraer professionals, and external consultants. Participants receive a monthly scholarship starting at BRL 5,000, which increases by 20% after 12 months, plus benefits such as medical assistance and meals.

Selection is competitive, drawing around 5,000 applications annually, with openings determined by Embraer’s strategic needs. The program supports engineers in earning a professional master’s degree while providing pathways to employment at the company.
