EINSA has introduced the ASU-310T, a dual-turbine pneumatic air start unit, at GSE Expo Europe 2026 in Lisbon. The Spanish ground support equipment maker designed the unit to serve both narrow-body and wide-body aircraft, with output of up to 155 ppm on one turbine and 310 ppm when both turbines are engaged.
The configuration allows operators to match pneumatic power to the aircraft and task at hand, rather than using separate equipment for different fleet types. That flexibility is relevant for airports, airlines and air forces seeking a single start unit for mixed fleets and varying operational demands.
EINSA, based in Spain, develops ground support equipment for aviation as well as tactical and logistics vehicles. The ASU-310T extends that portfolio with a product aimed at civil and military users needing scalable air-start capability.
