Bombardier posted stronger second-quarter 2026 results on record services revenue, higher profitability and a larger backlog, as demand for the Global family and aftermarket work continued to drive the business-jet manufacturer’s performance. Revenue rose 6% to $2.15 billion, adjusted EBITDA reached $325 million and free cash flow turned positive at $228 million.
Services revenue climbed 14% to a quarterly record of $674 million, underlining the growing importance of the aftermarket business in Bombardier’s portfolio. Backlog increased to $21.8 billion, up $4.3 billion from the end of 2025, while aircraft deliveries reached 32 in the quarter and 56 in the first half.
Éric Martel, Bombardier’s chief executive, linked the performance to continued execution across the company’s business aviation and services operations, with the Global 8000 among the aircraft family members helping to support demand. Bombardier also ended the quarter with no debt maturities before November 2030 after repayment and refinancing actions, and later put in place a new $750 million revolving credit facility.
