Azul reshapes leadership, shifts commercial unit under corporate vice-presidency

Azul has reorganised its leadership and business structure, moving the commercial department under Fábio Campos’s vice-presidency for institutional and corporate affairs. The airline is also tightening oversight of Azul Fidelidade, which will now report directly to chief financial officer Antônio Garcia, while Daniel Bicudo takes a broader role across Azul Viagens, Azul Logística, ancillary revenues, B2C activity and CRM.

Ricardo Bezerra remains in charge of Azul’s full B2B business, covering corporate clients, tour operators, online travel agencies and other sales partners. The new structure appears designed to sharpen commercial execution and align the airline’s sales, loyalty and ancillary-revenue functions more closely with corporate and financial priorities.

The changes also keep Azul’s travel and logistics units under a more focused leadership split, with Bicudo concentrating on expansion while the B2B organisation stays intact. Azul Fidelidade’s direct line to the CFO suggests greater financial discipline around the loyalty programme as the carrier continues to push revenue from partnerships, customer retention and ancillary products.
