ANA Holdings and IBEX Airlines have formed an ACMI-style domestic partnership that shifts ANA flights to an operating model built around IBEX crews and Embraer E190-E2 aircraft. ANA will keep control of marketing, network planning and sales, while IBEX operates the service and maintenance outsourcing may follow if regulators approve the framework. To support the model, ANA also placed a firm order for eight additional E190-E2s, lifting its total commitment to 23 aircraft after the 2025 order. Service entry is targeted for fiscal 2029, extending a structure designed to preserve thinner routes, improve capacity matching and harden domestic fleet flexibility.
